About I M FIT

I M FIT is more than just fitness; it’s a movement.

Born from the belief that true strength starts in the mind, I M FIT encourages individuals to overcome addiction, negativity, and limitations through discipline, movement, and community. We are shaping a new generation of Zimbabweans who are strong in body, clear in mind, grounded in spirit, and unstoppable in will.

Our mission is simple:

To combat drug abuse and promote healthy living through fitness, exercise, and a positive mindset.

In Memory of Ian Mabhutsu

This movement was born in memory of Ian Mabhutsu (also known as Bla Itso from Chitown paZvido),

who passed away too soon and now rests in love.
His journey reminds us how fragile life can be, and how powerful it becomes when guided by purpose.

From his story emerged a vision

to turn pain into strength, loss into legacy,  and remembrance into a revolution of wellness.
I M FIT stands as a living tribute, to those we’ve lost, those still fighting, and to all who choose to rise again.

Our Purpose

Drug and substance abuse have claimed too many futures in Zimbabwe.
We’re here to reclaim them, With one workout, one conversation, one community at a time.
Through fitness, mentorship, and awareness campaigns, I M FIT helps youth and adults rediscover purpose, strength, and identity.
